USEFUL SUBMISSIONS FOR HC BENCH 4 AUGUST 2016 HEARING , IN CONTINUATION OF MY EARLIER NOTE

Dear Shri Kishore,

Goodness great ! You amaze me every time you enter so to say a marathon in presenting facts figures and submissions for ongoing Kurukshetra of Pensioners v. unyielding authorities and tardy legal system ! I have literally gone through almost word by word of your umpteenth presentations on the  subject  over the  years.

 Latest surpasses all of of them. Wonder where do you get so much energy from at your age with  at times health not being on your side ! Almost unthinkable. I wish you were 20 years younger, equip yourself as S.C. counsel and thunder before the Bench yourself vehemently with all the ammunition in your brief leaving no stone unturned so that all luminaries on the other side get stumped. Leaving no choice for judiciary but to succumb to your lines of argument with most convincing verdict in favour of pensioners. It can even happen post-31/8. I can only say " godspeed " and best wishes.
