Anxious Moments At Delhi
Dear Fellow-brethren, Salute to your continued passion !
One could understand the last hour sufferings in a given circumstance. Days won't go fast as we anticipate, but would pass by strictly on time schedule. Why, then, all other matters adopt avoidable time-consuming procedures ? There may not be convincing response even from the long standing experts in the concerned fields. They draw their own plans of work and work their plans according to their convenience. Despite loud thinking on all these inordinate delays attracting huge wastage of money and energy, there is none to initiate fruitful preliminary steps in belling the cat. We are too small and incompetent to think and step into that vast area. Let us hope that such a thing would blow up one day on its own accord and set matters right for the benefit of future generation. We may or may not be alive to witness that much awaited renaissance.
As per schedule, our writ petitions are to be heard at Delhi High Court on 27th instant and the fresh writs are to be disposed off with suitable final orders before 31st January, 2017. We have to wait for another four months period to be blessed with rising of a new horizon. No doubt, in the meantime, we have gained a lot both mentally and physically. Maturity has taught us how to withstand against all kinds of these odds. We have come too nearer to the winning post.
Dozens of articles have appeared in various blogs flashing out case laws, earlier judgments, useful and exhaustive data with accurate calculations, loopholes in the arguments of opponents based on their own publications and annual reports, etc.,etc. We must thank Sri. R.B.Kishoreji for his utmost devoted service to the cause of the pensioners all these years -- dawn-till-dawn - giving little importance to his health and comforts. He took pains to educate our Legal Committee, and through that forum to our Sr.Counsel, all the pertinent points related to our petitions. He never failed to take note of the points poured in through the write-ups of our senior and experienced colleagues pertaining to our cases. We must also thank Sri. C.H.Mahadevanji for his wonderful analysis and miraculous calculations. The services of Sri. R.K.Sahniji deserves our congratulations for his nice technology of bringing out selected messages to the benefit of the readers through his " Pensioners' Voice " Blog. He has done his best in helping Sri. CHM towards accuracy in calculations. Both Sri. Kishoreji and Sri. Sahniji never ignored any item of messages that appeared in some other blogs that has got a bearing in our case. They preferred reproducing it in their respective blogs then and there.Let us all be rest assured that all relevant materials with facts and figures have already reached the destination.
We now wait to hear further details from the horse-mouth.
With assuring hopes and regards,
M.P.Subrahmanian.
