LESSONS to LEARN from BANKERS, LIC change in perception badly needed

Dear All, 

1)Just imagine how much behind we Pensioners Fedn and LIC are ,in relation to Pensioners needs,for which Banks give so much info so relevant for Followup by Fedns and LIC.Here Pensioners Portal takes any number  of years,even after fup.So much Core data is never shared,and Victims are Pensioners.

2)I am amazed at openness,transparency Bankers follow and the Rigidity displayed by LIC to share such important Data with Pensioners Fedns

Look at how many meetings takes place with Central Fedns, Local Assns in Banks

Not for nothing I go on getting abundant news from them

This also points out to tremendous discipline,mass involvement,regular exchange of news and information on various happenings all around

They get Regional,Divisional lists and provide needed data to base level Assns for plunging into activity,enrolling New Members etc. It is not Trial and Error as here,but Methodical ,to translate vision into Reality.

3)Bankers have frequent meetings with Mediclaim Insce  TPAs, GI Cos,Pensioners Fedn Representatives, and such open Sessions,high ranking Officials attend and many times quicker decisions are taken .FUP is done for other valuable suggestions received.This is high watermark of democratic functioning.🇵🇹🇵🇭

4)Why,bank pensioner numbers are huge.LIC pensioner figures are nothing when compared with bank numbers.

BUT,still more surprising is Govt pensioners varied, multi-dimensional, unimaginable number of issues,problems, anomalies,various Govt orgns peculiar,unique. Problems to be addressed,manifold maxi,mini side issues, repercussions thrown up, just imagine for how many months,still tremendous 7th Pay Commission ramifications of recommendations thro various Committees,Cabinet Committee,Grievance procedures ,one by one getting resolved daily ,as it were,passes ones comprehension that machinery  is made operational ,and satisfactory solutions found.

5)Even pension for October 2016 is credited on 25thOctober itself for banks

6)Accustomed to cussedness and indifference to Pensioners as Another Party devoid of any connection, in minds of CO,ZO,DO,we have to wake up the Goliath from slumber to fulsome activity thro change in perception and a New Dawn for Pensioners must come in LIC Diamond Jubilee YEAR .

Employees Assns must change their stance and join hands with Pensioners to ensure life and living throughout in LI C service and after Retirement be peaceful with harmony and happiness all around
