OUR CASES IN DHC TOMORROW
On Enquiry in the DHC Registry by the Associate of Mr Jay Savla, it is learnt that our matters will again be listed for tomorrow.
It is expected that the Court will correct the next date of hearing as 17.10.2016 from 17.10.2017, as inadvertently shown the Order Dt 27.09.2016.
It is a non-issue now.
