There is some confusion due to the above. On enquiry I was told that it could be to rectify the actual date of next hearing which is 17 Oct 2016 (shown wrongly as 17 Oct 2017 in the Order dated 27 Sept 2016 uploaded yesterday). 

Mr Ashish Tiwari for Hyderabad Association and Ms Renuka Sahu for Chandigarh Petitioners will appear in the Court and do the needful. No need for any panic.
