Sad news of demise of Shri Dayal Saran

Dear Mr Sahni, I am shocked and sad to read from your blog the news of demise of Shri Dayal Saran. Mr Dayal Sharan worked in South Central Zone in 1995-1996 as RM(E &OS) when I was working as SDM,Machilipatnam Division.Earlier,way back in 1982,I had an occasion to participate in a seminar on 'Industrial Relations' conducted by NIA at Deolali near Nashik in which Mr Dayal Sharan was also a participant. He was a nice gentleman and a very pleasant personality.It is indeed unfortunate that pensioners are departing without obtaining justice from LIC/GOI on pension anomalies. Kindly convey my condolences to the bereaved family members. I pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace. Mournfully yours, C H Mahadevan
