Hope all is well. I'm returning from Canada tomorrow. It is indeed sad and baffling that Hyderabad Assn is still after the issue of IR & are planning to go in for appeal in SC adding more delay & EXPENSES without any gains as their move will affect the proceedings in Delhi HC on main issue of UPGRADATION. Understandably pensioners will not appreciate such moves which deviate from the main issues that got already stuck due to FRESH WRITS. It is high time that case managers and leaders sit together and ponder over as to how to recover from the damage done, no further such moves that add delays and extra money, and get full justice in minimum possible period. IN MY OPINION BEST COURSE WILL BE IF OUR ADVOCATES CAN GET DELHI HC TO EXPEDITE THEIR VERDICT ON REFERENCE MADE BY SC IN THEIR ORDER DATED 31.2016 UNDER CA 8959-62/2013 relating to the existing 3 writs. AIRIEF and Sh Asthana ( though not in good health ) being on the fore front should take a lead, try for unity of all parties and UNITEDLY carry forward the legal fight. With best wishes and regards, HK Aggarwal. |
