Dear Mr Sahni, Just now saw the full Order, on landing at Hyderabad. Not much to say immediately and not much to say after reading the Order a dozen times. We used to describe P & H HC Judgement in the original Chandigarh case and the one later in Delhi case of GNS Federation, as examples of 'lazy' Orders without any independent findings of their own, by simply pronouncing a new Judgement 'in terms of Jaipur'. Even where the prayers were different and the pleadings were not the same. We now see another Order which too falls under the same category. Not because it is against us. The sheer length of the Order having come from reproducing extensively from the ready records, what is lacking is any reasoning after perusal of the Petitioners's submissions. Made via comprehensive rejoinders. Just not touched. For now I will take it as 'vagaries of the system'. And accept with all due respect and more. What next, I don't decide. I leave it to HIM and HIS representative on earth - Mr Gaurab Banerji. With the concurrence of Sri Mahadevan and the Hyderabad Association Sreenivas Murty Mulukutla Sent from my iPad |
