Review Of DHC Proceedings -- Belated Wisdom ?

Dear friends,
I am in agreement with Shri M.P. Subramanian.  This is not the first time
that MSM takes turns time and again and is always ready and willing to befool the pensioners.  He is there to collect money, maybe for this purpose he may have to create stories.  It is wrong that the senior Most Sr Advocate has to address the court first.  It may have now been added in his code of conduct.
It is the Advocate of the fist party irrespective of whether he is designated or not that he has to address the court first and other Advocates of whatever stature he may be are allowed only if they have to make some other submissions.  The same things are not allowed to be repeated again and again. The history shows that all his acts have gone wrong and this has made the Panchkula people suffer again and again, but if any one is present in the Court he will find that though he is in Advocates' robes he stands at the back side of all the Advocates and keeps on asking some one to say before the Court but he does not have the courage to even address the Court.  I have myself checked him.  He is always in a hurry to send the messages as early as possible even without ensuring the actual outcome. His actions have always been "classical".  He discusses for hours together on the day earlier to the date of hearing, but never either his Counsel or he has presented anything
before the Court.  Never there is any mention in the order of any such thing.
This all is a game to confuse the pensioners' fraternity to snatch money from them and show his superiority amongst others.
Should some one take objection then his writ petition is most defective and is barred by territorial jurisdiction also.
But there is a wide gap between the two, the author and our representatives present in the court.  There is no either reporting of the proceedings even though they are present there nor there is any effort to correct the matter so that actual facts can be known to the pensioners.  While he is sending messages again and again even without any proceedings or his strategy (which is not there) but to blame others who are actually working there and he is banking on their back. The endeavors on the part of the President, General Secretary or somebody else assigned this job are very much lacking in canvassing their efforts which are essential at such crucial time.
