re told that bank will open at 9:30 am. There was a notice also posted to that effect. 
Around 9:15 a.m, tokens with sequence number was distributed to the people in line. All senior citizens were also given tokens; but asked to come inside and made to sit in Manager room. 
At 9:30 a.m. sharp first lot of people were taken inside. People were allowed to use the restrooms inside the bank. Water was made available inside for drinking. To top it all at 9:30 a.m. also comes a guy with tea and cups along with the staff of the bank. On behalf of the bank, any one who wanted was given tea. Cups were small so refill at will was allowed. 
Everything was there except TV Cameras and Rahul Gandhi. However there were two bank personnel outside replying to customers' questions, helping them with form filling. Many people had come with ID card but not photocopies. There was one person who collected the ID and gave photocopy to the customers. 
I ask the media people only one question: good that you show the trouble people go through; but once in a while also show this also. I was out at 10:15 a.m. with cash. On coming out, came to know the two bank staff outside was a lady who was Regional Manager and the other the Branch Manager.
Please forward this to all, so that everyone knows it is not that bad as we see on TV. Let all of us also circulate if we had such a good experience...
