Subbaraman AV: your's is the first blog to post the dhc judgement .congratulations.there is no need for despair the order is only for dr neutralisation and not upgradation of basic pension and 40% of difference in dr has been paid as per sc direction.nothing more .so we can approach sc for clarification upgradation issue is coming on 30 th nov.let us see what happens
