Beloved Colleagues,
Fact remains that our case on our twin demands stands tossed from HCs
to Apex Court and vice versa for the past nearly two decades for one
reason or other. We could understand the disappointment of our members
at this prolongation despite our struggle stands on legal and genuine
grounds. We should also admit that our opponents are equally experts in
diverting the attention of the court and in dragging the hearings at
every stage on flimsy statistical revelations. It has also become
evident that the courts too take considerable duration to understand the
depth of the problem. Our leaders,on their part, have put in their
maximum efforts in briefing our Sr.Counsels all these years to disprove
the concocted and unethical arguments put forth against our just
demands.
Thanks
to the present -- altogether a changed -- bright & promising
situation. The proceedings on 8th of this month have considerably wide
opened our eyes. It becomes evident that DHC appreciates our demands and
desires to come to our rescue. DHC awaits classical and higher level of
arguments based on strong and valid legal grounds from our side
AIRIEF has learnt a lot out of the past proceedings . Our leaders,
legal committee members and our Senior Counsel are well equipped with
what are all needed to convince DHC under compelling legal grounds. It
is advisable, at this stage, not to do any more postmortem of past
events pin pointing shortfalls on the part of our leaders and the
counsels concerned. Those criticisms would demoralize the spirit of our
leaders. Are we not learning every day at our failures ? We have seen
even the best,forceful and powerful arguments of National-Level-Eminent
Sr.Counsels have suffered to convince the courts in certain cases.
AIRIEF is fully prepared to annul the imaginary counter-arguments of
our opponents, convince the court with concrete and result-oriented
materials and finally come out with reverberating colourful results in
our favour in all respects.
