Further developments in Delhi High Court today( post lunch)-Hearing to be continued on 6/1/2017

Dear All,

Just a short while ago,Mr Sreenivasa Murty informed me from Delhi about the further  developments after lunch.

After Mr Nidesh Gupta completed his arguments,Mr Khanna( representing GNS Federation) started his arguments and completed the same.Thereafter the counsel of AIIPA started  his arguments  and completed the same after responding to some questions put to him by the Bench.Thereafter. Mr Saurav Agarwal , counsel for Hyderabad Association presented his arguments for about an hour.As the Court rose for the day, Mr Saurav Agarwal's arguments will continue on 6/1/2017(Friday),i.e. the day after tomorrow.

As expressed by Mr Murty, in the light of today's developments, the threat of having to seek extension of time from the Supreme Court seems to have  receded as of now.
