Dear Mr Sahni,
There
are some 8 Miscellaneous cases before Justice Khanna's Bench in Court
No 6 tomorrow which may get finished by 11.00 or 11.30. So our matters
should be called soon enough in the FN.
There
may be an echo of Dec 8 Orders with reference to seeking extension of
time from Supreme Court which I hope will get resolved without any
damage to us, as all the Petitioners are now known to be against
extension of deadline beyond Jan 31. The collective requests to the
Bench accordingly should help us in addressing the major concern of
hapless Pensioners across the country today.
In
that event, hearing may take place for some time tomorrow and a
specific time table be decided for continuous hearing in two or more
sessions aimed at closing the entire hearing by 31 Jan 2017.
Tomorrow is crucial from that angle. We will do our best.
I have a scheduled late night meeting with our Counsel team to review the whole situation.
I will report details about another important initiative we took yesterday, on behalf of the Hyderabad Association.
