Dear All,
I received a
mail a short while ago from Mr M Sreenivasa Murty from Delhi on the
above subject which I thought fit to share with my pensioner
colleagues. The contents of the same are reproduced below.
I shall share any further developments as and when I receive information of the same.
Greetings for a Happy New year 2017.

"As I reported last night, I had a late night meeting with Mr Saurav Agrawal which went on up to midnight.
We discussed in great detail, the likely scenario in the Court today.
As we cannot visualize how the Bench would follow up its Dec 8 Orders,
we decided that Hyderabad Association shall not be a party to any move
from any quarter, for extending the deadline. In addition, we offer to
the Bench that we are fully ready to commence our arguments, if
directed.
I
am happy to confirm that our CMA has been numbered (325/2017) and is
taken on board in our WP No 4894/2016. As you are aware, it was an
invaluable piece of advice received from Justice Sinha (Retd) whom we
consulted on 8 Dec 2016. According to Saurav Agrawal, this move seeking
Directions to the Union of India to 'produce records', is going to be
the 'game changer' of our case in our favor. I am eagerly waiting for
the HC Order on the same today. Will let you know on phone.
More on our renewed strategies in pursuing our case, on my return.
