R.K Sahni blog ======================= He has no idea of what Hyderabad Assn has filed. I will explain it separately from my side. The CMA was happily withdrawn on the Bench assuring that the Court is going to decide the case WITHOUT reference to Union of India's decision on the Board Resolution. What we sought was a direction to produce Records of UOI's decision. If the court is going to decide the matter without relying on, Govt decision, our purpose is served fully. We are going to use this development to our advantage during our remaining arguments. If Mr Bhatnagar is interested to know, I can point our several areas where they could have briefed their counsel better. Mr Agnihotri knows those areas.
