Dear shri sahni, I would like to clarify through the columns of your blog that my circular was primarily meant for members of our organisation and all pensioners at large who throughout the prolonged hearings of the case were given only factual information on happenings at each hearing.It was therefore necessary,in keeping with our policy to be transparent ,to spell out,albeit briefly, the core contensions of both parties to the litigation especially when our organisation and personally myself had scrupulously refraind from trumpeting our roles or that of our counsels during the pendency of the case. My circular has been widely received by all generally but it has also attracted criticism from certain quarters by way of unsolicited 'response'. I shall deal with it in due course .
