DELHI: Imagining cases without invoking printed pages is difficult, but
CJI J S Khehar on Wednesday declared that in six to seven months there
would be no need to file bulky paper-books as petitions and accompanying
documents.
He
told lawyers in court room no.1 that the Supreme Court will pick case
records from trial court and high court electronically and hence there
will be no need to replicate it on paper.
