WHILE WE WAIT? 2

All the pensioners who have been pursuing our legal cases in the Delhi High Court do realise that Shree M S Murty, helped by Shree C H Mahadevan in the background made a stellar contribution in the expected success in our case there. There is no intention of belittling the contribution of other petitioner groups. But,as a matter of fact,a person capable of delivering the desired results is marked out. And,it may be worthwhile listening to him.
We are going to win in the DHC.The LIC is bound to go in for appeal to the Hoble S C.
We have got to file a coveat in the SC soon after the DHC judgement.
MSM has suggested that instead of all the six petitioners filing as many coveats, let there be one coveat only filed on behalf of all the petitioners.
Sounds a very mature and sane advice but likely to be dismissed as unpractical because of known hostility among the leaders.
Wait.Things are not that bad.Let us be practical and examine the problem afresh.

A-Chandigarh petitioners are totally aligned with MSM.
B-Because of poor health and denial of financial support like before,KML has lost his independence.
C-Hyderabad and AIRIEF have experimented already to make do with one Sr.Advocate. NG covered ,in a way,Chandigarh,Jaipur,Hyderabad and AIRIEF.
D-With apologies to GNS SIR,his advocate Mr Khanna admitted in the Court that he won't take much time as most of the important points have been covered byNG already.
Needless to remind,N G spoke for the longest time.
Hardly any need to spend on avoidable expenditure.Let us leave it to his wisdom.
E-The matter can be discussed with AIIPA with the help of common friends.
It may be considered worthwhile to file one coveat only to start with.
