The judgement is highly complicated. Can't call it our win. There is plenty for LIC to interpret. There is reference to arrears being paid from the date of first WP within 8 months and with interest @8% if delayed. Yet to know arrears how and to whom. There is reference to benefit being given to retirees following pay Revision.
