Dear All LIC Pensioners & Family Pensioners,
Under Mediclaim policy. I had undergone cataract operation of my right eye .
Against limit of Rs.60000/- TPA allowed only Rs.30000/-.
I made
complaint to Insurance Ombudsman man. Today I was called to appear
before Ombudsman and the authority has awarded against New India
Assurance Co. to pay me balance amount of Rs.30000/-.
Those who have
such type of problem in mediclaim settlement with TPA must avail the
chance to take help of Insurance Ombudsman.
