25/04/17, 1:03:33 AM: ‪+91 98220 92647‬: It is my opinion based on my personal experience, analysis of a few Judgements and knowledge that whenever Judgement is likely to be in favour of Government or Public Sector Undertakings, the Hon'ble Courts give their Judgements immediately, but whenever it is against Government or Public Sector Undertakings, the Hon'ble Courts take the dispute very seriously and normally take its own time to give Judgements after thorough study of the dispute.

For example, though the final hearing took place long back on 30.09.2016 in the Hon'ble Madras High Court (Madurai Division Bench) with regard to PSU GIC pensioners, the Judgement is yet to be announced by the Hon'ble Madurai High Court (Division Bench). You all know that the Hon'ble Madurai High Court (Single Bench) had already given the Judgement in favour of PSU GIC pensioners.

I am sorry to say that this is the reality of Indian Judicial system?

Therefore, any further delay in announcing the Judgement is an indication that the Judgement is likely to be in favour of LIC pensioners only.

Wishing 'Good Luck' to all PSU LIC/GIC/BANKS pensioners...
