Thank you for inviting me to attend your AGM to be held on 21st May.

I am aware there is an opportunity to meet some well known names I have heard of a lot and to participate in very important decision making discussions arranged to be held under the guidance of our Advocates team.

I am sorry it is not convenient for me to attend this Meeting.However,rest assured. Our Panchkula unit and the team of our Chandigarh Petitioners have full faith in your wisdom and will go by the decisions for further action you take.
