SIR,

I may be permitted to express my opinion free and frankly on our course. Shri M S M

mooted the idea of filing a review petition in the Delhi High Court. after filing a Review we have to wait for a decision of its outcome. firstly it gives an advantage to 

L I C Management to still delay the things. After filing a review we have to wait for its outcome. before the decisions comes out we cannot go to Supreme Court ( refer the

decision of the Supreme Court after first S L P OF L I C) so, it creates an advantage

to L I C.

 

Secondly, there may not be much improvement over the earlier order.so we loose time and also they confirm the earlier order.

 

If the Legal Committee decides we can go to Supreme Court by way of an appeal and our case is still pending.

 

So, sir let us wait for the outcome of Legal Committee.

 

I hope the Legal Committee of AIRIEF under the leadership of Shri S S SAXENA

is sure to take a proper decision with all its wisdom.
