This refers to today's post on the subject of under-settlement in respect of cataract surgery.
In
Kolhapur division also there have been many such instances of the
hospital bill not being settled fully and the insured have been made to
arrange for the balance.
In one of these cases, we have now approached the Ombudsman after failing to get any response to our appeals from the insurer.
We hope to get justice from the Office of the Ombudsman.
