E-circular dt 28/5/2017



Delhi Meeting on 26/5/201
This is further to our E-circular dt 26th inst. As addl.information we would like to repeat that  as already stated it has been unanimously decided that we should go in for SLP in the Supreme court. Our Delhi meet was attended by the following Members

           4.  PP Dhamija  (V P) Ghaziabad/Delhi
           5   Subir Mazumdar (J S) Kolkata
           6.  RK Khanna. (J S) Noida/Delhi.
           7.  SK Awasthi  (J S) Lucknow
           8.  RM Dalal  (Treasurer) Mumbai
           9.  R Rajagopalan ( LC member) Bengaluru
         10. VK Jain  (LC member) Delhi
         11. Basudeb Das (LC member) Kolkata..
         12. M Arunachalam (LC member) Chennai.
            Three members Viz.m/s UJ Nerurkar (v p) Mumbai, DM Pathak (JS ) Mumbai & KGG Nair ( JS) Tiruvnanthapuram had sought leave of absence on health reasons.
             In addition to the above 12 members M/S OP Vashisth , Gorawara , Bhardwaj & Madhu (all from Delhi) also participated as special invitees.
             It has been brought to our notice that a review petition has been filed by Hyd. Assanisation.

We are not concerned with it nor shall we take any obstructive steps on it. We only hope that the hearing of SLPs to be filed by us and other organisations will not be delayed on account of the reported Review petition. We have instructed our counsel that our SLP should be filed before 4/7 ,the days on which the Supreme court reopens after vacation.
