I have read carefully 2nd post from our friend Sh. G.Krishna Prasad.
Let me tell him honestly that I still beg to differ with him.
Though I am not a legal person yet like a layman my view is that when
you have two burning issues to be got addressed legally through a court
verdict, you have only below mentioned two options .
1 File a single WP raising your prayer demanding resolution of your two issues .
Means Linkage is the only option. Please note that this option was
exercised by three new Petitioners at DHC recently including AIIPA,
AIRIEF and Hyderabad.

Or alternatively you file two WPs raising your each issue separately
. And as per rules of high court or supreme court , you have to
disclose about your first WP details in 2nd WP and in that case court
will automatically club your 2nd WP with your first WP .
Means linkage of two issues is still there much against your wishes.
It
is never my intention to divide two categories of LIC Pensioners.
Rather, I have been writing quite forcefully that our all leaders must
drop their large ego and be ready for filing a single SLP against DHC
Verdict at Supreme Court.
