Rate of DR for Pre-8/97 retirees as per DHC Order dated 27.04.2017

I give below the revised rate of DR as per DHC Judgement:-:-

1. Group I 01.01.1986 to 31.07.1992/31.03.1993

 

Upto BP ₹ 1250.   0.67%

Next       ₹.  750.   0.55%

Next       ₹.  130.   0.33%

From      ₹ 2131

                       to

               ₹ 3850.    0.29% [in lieu of 0.17%]

Above.   ₹ 3850.    0.23% [in lieu of 0.17%]

 

2. Group II from 01.08.1992/01.04.1993 to 31.07.1997

Upto  PB ₹ 2400.   0.35%

Next.       ₹ 1450. . 0.29%

Above     ₹ 3850.   0.23% [in lieu of 0.17% from Rs.3851 to 4100  & in lieu of 0.09% above  Rs.4100]

Thus there is no reduction in rate of DR at any stage for existing slabs of BP.
