1)Yesterday I tried all top officers of LIC CO Per.lines busy,after some time etc,usual response.
Later
I cld get with great difficulty Sy Per/ER.He expressed inability &
conveyed he wld verify & I cld contact him on Wednesday.
I told him the inordinate delay ,we do not know what improvements are made, we gave many useful practical suggestions, I added

I was regularly keeping in touch from Las Vegas earlier, with SZO
Officers, who confirmed that STILL Group Policy & conditions are
not recd,they will immediately send one to me thro email
Yesterday,SZ told me not yet received.
