Mediclaim Policy 2017-18

dear sri RKSahni,

1)The moment I could go thro this email of sri VGopalan, i tried to contact Chief Per Smt TSHindoyar.I was told by her PA,she came, has gone out,may not come for the rest of the day. That was around 2pm.

I then tried Sri MCChaturvedi,Secretary ER ,CO & told him if any developments are there,as we are flooded with enquiries about Group mediclaim policy & conditions
He told me that CO has made further suggestions to New India & they are awaiting NI reply. He said it will take some time.I mentioned if it is improvements over last year,as we AIRIEF had given substantive ,pragmatic suggestions to ED Per ,as I hinted earlier to him, that is worth waiting.

2)I requested him to inform me & send the Group Policy in full  as soon as it is received,he agreed.
When I proceeded to give my email id, he said he has my email id,as I used to keep in touch with him many times earlier for other issues.I thanked him profusely.

3)I was restless, so I wanted to contact TPA Vidal Health Services ,one phone engaged, the other phone ok, ringing but nobody picked up.
I wanted to enquire from them too, as I know them by names too.

4)Then again I contacted Sri Anil Kumar, RMOS,new incumbent,to whom in April itself, the moment the Promotion/Transfer List was received,I sent a Welcome Letter
I enquired, he told me they are YET to receive Group Policy & conditions. He will send it to me,the moment it is received.

One can now understand which is the correct & authentic version

Greetings & warm regards,

RBKISHORE
VP,AIRIEF

This is with reference to RBK's post on the above in RK Sahni's blog today. It seems our TPA Vidal Healthcare has rec'd the new policy last week. This was conveyed by them, when I enquired about my pending claim.
