Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that they and some
other parties have preferred Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme
Court and in some of the Special Leave Petitions notice has been issued. He
seeks permission to withdraw the present application and states that grounds
urged in the present review application would be raised by way of additional
grounds in the Special Leave Petition, which has already been preferred.
In view of the statement made, the review application is dismissed as
withdrawn. We do not comment on the merits.
