Payment of Pension for september, 2017

AIRIEF and AIIPA both tried for it but ultimately could not get it done. Why people raise the issue which has no worth to raise. 

I do not know since when LIC pensioners have become poor and helpless. 

No sensible person will use such phrase for its community.
