SLP of Panchkula

The draft of our SLP as prepared by our counsel was sent to our two guides Sh CH Mahadeven as well as Dr PS Pritam has been finally sent back to counsel with few modifications. 

The counsel is working to finalise and file. 

We are late and behind schedule

But our counsel says three months time begins from date of delivery of certified copy of DHC judgement .It was delivered quite late in last week of June

So hopefully our SLP must be filed now latest by 22nd September, 2017.
