Every data & Statement must act as a Stepping Stone for further creativity & improvement in procedures .

Does this point out to any trend towards such Pensioners NOT asking for Further Enhancement to Rs40 lacs or 50 lacs

 OR 

Real need for switching over to Rs 40lacs or 50 lacs will arise ONLY if experience for Employees & Pensioners point out to dire need for Family  getting ill warranting  Hospital admission & lot of expenses .
  

3) U can really get good clue by a simple analysis of their Claims Profile last 2 years for Employees & Pensioners separately which can throw good light on  reason & rationale of such requests for rise in cover
