The magic total is 58.

Each row adds up to 58 & so does eac column.

Each diagonal adds up to 58.

The four quadrant  2x2 squares total up to 58.

The middle two rows on the left and on the right add up to 58 respectively.

The  two  2x2 squares in the  middle two columns add up to 58.

The central 2x2 square totals to 58.
