OPD for LIC PENSIONERS

Dear  Editor,

I fully agree with views expressed by our highly learned friend Sh. J.K.Dar on the above subject.

Besides  major reason being our Top LIC Management not treating its ex employees  fairly ,  I feel that another  reason for sufferings of our  senior LIC Pensioners who are 75 and above today is sharp division amongst various All India Organisations for LIC Pensioners. Large Ego of our Top Leaders is not permitting them to take up genuine issues like OPD Facility and enhancing Basic Sum Insured under Group Mediclaim Policy  unitedly with  LIC Chairman.

Creating A Joint Front  of all  LIC Pensioners Associations for taking up all such issues unitedly is the need of hour.  Strange that Working LIC Employees Unions have already formed their Joint Front but it seems that Top Leaders for LIC Pensioners  are more interested in keeping their posts of All India President / General Secretary in tact  after close of their 2/3 years term.. God Bless all of them.

Regards,
B.R.Mehta
