Our cases in SC in Court No. 4 on 10.01.2018

Dear Colleagues, Namaskar.  We are aware that our cases are coming up for hearing at SC  -- Court No. 4 tomorrow, the 10th.    It is learnt that  LIC has filed its reply to the petition of our Federation only yesterday, the 8th, far exceeding the time it sought for. Further it is amusing to  understand that LIC seeks yet another 4 weeks time to file replies to other remaining  petitions of our other sister-Associations. How sincere the veteran bureaucracy shines in its obligation to come to the rescue of its own erst-while employees from their distresses !    The irony is that the services rendered by the retirees to see to the present enviable and elevated stature of the Institution has been periodically praised by the bureaucracy now and then. But it शिक्षा its responsibility of up-keeping the welfare of them in all counts. It is time and time alone should put it in the right track.    There may not be any tangible results out of tomorrow's hearing in SC. How long the rope will go ?  Let us see the developments on 10th. Cordially yours, M.P.Subrahmanian.
