Pensioners of L I C of India v L I C of India and the union of India

Dear Mr Mahadevan,
I'm no lawyer and don't pretend having even a passing acquaintance with law.
I learn that the Supreme Court of India (in its unparalleled wisdom) ordered " tagging " of all six (?) petitions of pensioners together as the prayers in them (updating pension and 100% neutralization in DR without discrimination) are similar according to the 'top' court.
If that's so, can the court not take the counter of L I C of India to the petition of AIRIEF as the reply to ALL SIX PETITIONS and DENY ANY ADJOURNMENT TO LIC since even a child of two with water on the brain can very easily see through the game of LIC to delay the matter as long as possible [and, perhaps, even beyond given the SPINELESS justice delivery (?) system (?) of India that is Bharat] by filing ONE counter now and 'praying' for time (at the rate of at least one month for each) to file counters for the other five?
Can our ' case managers ' not bring this all too patent nefarious intention of LIC to the attention of the apex court and foil the delaying (denying?) tactic / strategy of LIC, please?
     Have a nice day!
     Regards.
P. Ramanathan.

C H Mahadevan: "What. is the disunity that LIC is talking of ? All 6 petitioners have filed SLPs against the DHC judgment.LIC has to submit their counter affidavit to each one of them. What is their problem?"
