1)As it involved changes in CSA & further CO was good enough to extend the 75% Subsidy benefit to all employees & pensioners &
to avoid any difficulties or complications later,SZ already secured when the 1st CO Circular was received & consent letter of acceptance of Revised CSA were secured
2)When I telephoned AO OS/Per ,she was good enough to give confirmation PLUS few cases where after reminders also, no response was there, she was able to talk to them & secure the consent for opting for revised higher CSA.
She added consent came quickly,as revised CSA with Subsidy was beneficial to all
