Let me tell u, I can write a 4 liner, a 10 liner, a 2 , 10 liner,which I have done as I am thorough with any subject matter I deal with.
2)I must also add that right from 1998 onwards, for 6676/1998 ,when Mr RVRamesh could excavate & send LIC MOU with Unions on Same DR to Pensioners as DA for Employees,for heralding PRules 1995,when I started helping Sri KMLAsthana, a variety of emails one has to give, to educate all Pensioners of the happenings in Court etc
I cannot be brief ,just for the sake of those who dont want to read,to be complete & thorough, to educate their own RIEA members
3)Happy are those who would not have even touched or read the long long WP,IA,SLPs,
Replies, Rejoinders, CCP etc running into 30,40,80,130 pages or more. Let God bless them too, for they know not what it contains or its relevance.
4)I go a step further, many many Charts & Tables we circulated for winning the case. If one cannot read an email,how will he look or appreciate the Charts ,many running into pages & even their own Cadre Pension Anamoly, Asst to ED for All Groups,they would not have known.
Believe me, every line of every email from ALL QUARTERS,other Pensioner Fedns,all Blogs,taxing no doubt, I read,digest, utilise where necessary,then only one can make qualitative difference & excellence .
Recently, suddenly, AIIPA issued so many Circulars, Letters to Chairman LIC, to MOF,UOI
I read them all, for some, it is unnecessary !
5)One can notice ,no reply is received for painstaking GS AIRIEF Circulars,he bemoans, reminds,months pass, next circular same fate.
Why even worthy President AIRIEF emails meet with same end,silence
6)Lastly,Mr Verma ,let me tell u that Lack of Communication or NO Communication is great dreaded disease for any organisation than anything else
Let us begin to appreciate those whose labour of love, of sacrifice is critical to AIRIEF eminence & standing.
If those 6 Musketeers of LC with central figure Convenor Sri MPAgnihotri had not excavated or made a precis of a plethora of large materials,what would have been our destiny ?
That I made sufficient corrections therein too & in our SLP finally or even now continue to send to MPA & others to connect to many recent Pension developments which may support our case , is my sustained prayer to win our case in SC with dedication.
With many disabilities creeping into my health, raising many questions here in domestic front,important & urgent matters left unattended, a pall of gloom, a sense of despair, the time to call it a day is just a little away .
Enjoy life not in a uni-directional approach but like the game of Cricket ,appreciate the thrill of T20,IPL, One Day 50 over cricket & Test Cricket 5 days 2 innings,witnessing real art & science of cricket,the style,grace & grandeur of cricket

Look how UOI pressurises RBI to give up Pension Option & ALSO PU because of domino or ripple effect
& asserting it will have long term adverse consequences as many are afflcted by poor financials,
NOT KNOWING that with NPS in Govt from 5/2004 & others from 5/2010,PU becomes a close-ended scheme & Surplus will be left in Pension Fund as
ALREADY it is noticed that Pension Fund additional infusion every year is coming down & after FEW YEARS, slide down still further to the advantage of ALL, making these CONCEPTS of another PO & also PU acceptable without wreaking any damage to these Financial & Service Institutions & their stakeholders------

Please find attached the Bank's affidavit submitting GOI rejection and the
Bombay HC order for information please.
Has GOI locus standi in the Administrative matters of RBI? Whether the GOI's
argument is sound about so called Domino effect ? We do not know how Shri Hegde
would plead before the court.
