DR ANOMALY & UPDATION

The DR anomaly may be stale from the point of time,but not from the point of law.It is a matter of fact existing from 1/11/1993.It cannot be separated  from the issue of upgradation.If it is abandoned,even if the SC grants us upgradation,pre-_August 1997 retirees will be losers compared to other future generations of pensioners.

So let us not forget that DR anomaly and upgradation of pension are inseparable.
