1)Second week of December 2006--- Pettition drafted after prolonged discussion between the counsel and a team of our fedn comprising of m/s VK jain,SK Mukherji and GNS.
2)3rd week of Dec 2006----Pettition filed and within a few days returned for 'defects' ("Defects" in the registry's language includes minor matters like omission of signature in one or some sheets out of bunch of papers filed, wrong numbering ofpagrs etc.and return does not necessarily become a reflection on the competance of the leaders or the chosen counsel )
3)Last week of Dec 2006-----
Pettition could not be numbered before the X mas vacation of that year
4)3rd or 4 the January 2007--
Pettition numbered.(184/2007)
Followed by mention by our counsel
5)10/1/2007 ----First date of hearing AND court ordered notice (The then LIC counsel takes notice-copy of record of proceedings available and can be sent to anybody on request.
It therefore follows that arrears should be calculated from atleast 10/1/2007 if not from 1998 or 29/1/2007.
