I HAVE JUST NOW SEEN THE POST from Sri Sridharan. It is highly damaging. Sri GNS
should have simply stopped at giving the various dates leading to their filing writ in DHC in 2007.
How he can ignore that the FIRST WRIT WAS FILED IN RAJASTHAN HC ON 19-12-1998.
I am leading the authoritative documentary evidences to prove that the first writ was filed
in 1998. Arrears should be paid from Dec 1998 . If he is not having proof , he should not have
penned the last words . 1998 or 2007 . Why such a stand ?
My draft letter to Sri Mukhesh Kumar Gupta , ED(P) is almost ready . By tomorrow evening I
will send it . How Sri GNS conveniently forgotten the order dt 30-1-2013 of DHC on the writ
filed by his Fedn. There was a reference to Rajasthan HC judgement dt 12-1-2010.
