UR POST IN R K SAHNI BLOG

Dear Shri Asthana,

I have read ur  post  in Sahni blog .  29-1-2007  was ur   2nd petition.  When was the first petition  filed?
Is it not 1998 ?   I have  read the  DHC j order dt  30-1-2013  on the writ filed by GNS Fedn,  The order was on the writ filed   in 2007 by GNS . I am not able to read the    contents and  prayer of  GNS  in the  writ  filed  in   DHC  .  But DHC  quoted  the  single judge order dt 12-1-2010  and division bench  verdicts confirming   the single judge  Bhandari  verdict .
The  Rajasthan HC order  dt 12-1-2010  is based on  ur SBCW  no 6676 / 1998    filed in   1998.  The DHC order dt 30-1-2013 also referred to   the LIC Board Resolution   of Nov 2001.
Ur  second writ  NO  654 /2007  filed  in Rajasthan HC  in 2007 was for upgradation of basic pension .
CAN U NOT CLAIM THAT UR WRIT   6676  OF 1998 WAS THE FIRST WRIT . The DHC  in para no. 109 was referring to  the writ in  1998. Hence the  date of arrears  must be  1998  if  date of first writ is the consideration.  But in when  40 % interim relief  was paid as per SC order of 31-3-2016, the arrears were calculated  from 1-8-97.      Pl come   forward  with  authoritative  assertive  clarification  and claim that   the first writ  on DR was   in 1998
Pl respond.
