Respected Sirs,
There was a great concern over LIC's ill-intentioned implementation of DHC order dated 27/4/2017 as per interim order dated 30/7/2018 of SC. In fact this interim order was not as per our application. Our case was very much on board for final arguments but because of pressing demand of making some payment by the Sr Advocate of Shri G N Sridharan's advocate, this order was issued and the case was adjourned unnecessarily. We have challenged the interpretation and findings of DHC on para 3A, and hence we are not of the view to accept DHC's order on para 3A, as it would affect our challenge and claim for judicious demand of DR Parity to Pre-1997 and pension updation with every wage revision to all. However, with a view to lodge our protest for ill-intentioned move of LIC, we consulted our advocate. As per his advice the attached letter is sent to the Chairman. AIRIEF leaders are also seeking appointment with the Sr Advocate at the earliest to plan further strategies to ensure that our case is expedited in SC and decided before 31/10 2018, despite LIC's attempts to delay and other petitioners diverting approaches.
Regards,
M P Agnihotri
