Dear Sh Sahni Sahib ,

Thanks for kind gesture and nice initiative to invite our suggestions for improvement in Our Group Medi Claim Policy for 2019-20

As per existing provisions , room rent eligibility for C Class Cities is just Rs four thousand only irrespective of Sum Insured

  In case of our hospitalization in a room with rent much higher than our eligibility at  top class private hospital  in  C Class Cities  , insured person has to bear the difference of room rent from his / her own resources despite being insured for Rs fifty lacs and paying the same amount of premium as per his / her counterparts in A Class Cities . Further , all other benefits payable under group Medi Claim Policy  will also get reduced proportionately in above situation

Such discrimination with insured persons at C Class Cities is totally unfair and unjust and as such it must be removed in Our Group Medi Claim Policy for next financial year 2019-20

I am sure that this huge unfair practice will be highlighted by you to LIC Top Management  with your full strength
