This should be taken up as a very major judicial reform.The AI system needs to be developed for long term application.On a trial basis the program developed can be tested for one land mark judgment of a High Court & a land mark judgment of Supreme Court to see the difference eternal the actual judgment & virtual judgment emanating from the AI program.
Even new cases can be tried on AI program which to start with can be reviewed by a Bench of eminent judges to validate decisions emerging from AI programs.
