As per notice dated 2nd April 2019 , Annual General Body Lunch Meeting held today April 21 , 2019 Sunday at 11.30 am in Pallavi Hotel Sector 5 Panchkula was attended by 28 Members out of total 51

The report is as under

1 Sh H D Sharma our President extended a  very hearty Welcome to All Members present in the meeting

2 Three Pages Report prepared by  by our Secretary Sh S N Chhabra and Annual statement of Accounts of our Association for 2018-19 duly signed by Concerned Office Bearers were  circulated to each Member in Meeting

3 The Meeting  remembered two members  Late Sh R K Bajaj and Late Sh J K Passi who left for their heavenly abode last year

4 The Meeting welcomed following five new members enrolled during 2018-19

5  Sh S N Chhabra explained his report in details

6 Questions were invited from Members about Secretary's  Report and Annual Accounts statement 

7  After brief discussion both Secretary's Report and Annual Accounts were approved by General Body

8  Sh C M Bhargava our patron in his address was critical of present LIC Management for ignoring its ex Officers who did their best to build mighty organisation LIC

9  General Body Meeting appointed Sh R C Sodhi as Returning Officer for electing New Executive Committee for 2019 -21

10 Sh R C Sodhi as Returning Officer declared following new Executive of our Association for 2019 -21

We place on record our deep sense of  gratitude  for  Sh  N K Garg as  Organising Secretary , Sh O P Sharma as Auditor and Sh S N Gupta as Executive Member in our previous Executive (2017-19 )for their valuable contribution

We also wish very speedy recovery to Sh N K Garg & Sh O P Sharma

11 The General Body Meeting decided unanimously to increase Annual Subscription payable by each Member from  Rs six hundred for 2018-19 to Rs seven hundred per member for current year 2019-20.

 

12 The General body Meeting also aproved holding of two lunch meetings every  year first being  Annual AGM in April and 2nd being our  Anniversary Function in December.

 

 

13  B R Mehta  Senior vice President thanked all Members for their participation in today's Annual General Body Meeting

14  Sh Pawan Sharma our new Member from Pinjore was kind enough to distribute home made Beasan Burfi to all Members present in today's meeting

15 Good wishes for speedy recovery to our ailing mmember Sh LC Gupta were also conveyed by All Members
