I have received the message from your office today that under the above noted claim out of the amount of Rs 10,059/-, Claim has been approved only for Rs 4,356/-.

This claim is towards reimbursement for MRI and CT scan tests, which are permissible under Clause (C ) of Page 10 of the Policy to the extent of Rs 13,000/-.

Will you please look into the matter and inform me under what Clause a sum of Rs 5,703/- has been disallowed at the earliest?
