I submit that THERE IS A VERY DISCERNIBLE CHANGE IN THE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITION which is the consideration passing from the insured to the insurer, viz., THE PREMIUM which has been raised without so much as a by-your-leave by some 13.72% over last year's with no commensurate increase in any of the "benefits" making it tantamount to rubbing salt into the wound!
